Due to the ongoing response to the Covid-19 pandemic, all LSC facilities are currently closed until June 1. The majority of courses moving forward from that date through at least the Summer 2020 semester will be delivered in a fully online format. Frequently Asked Questions

OTS provides technical support for basic D2L questions and issues, campus computers, myLoneStar/iStar, email accounts, and licensed software, such as Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud. You can contact the OTS Service Desk via Chat or by calling 866-614-5014.
LSC-Online provides instructional support and course design assistance through this Virtual Teaching Assistance Center (VTAC) site.  VTAC also provides assistance with licensed instructional software, such as Respondus, Relay, and SoftChalk.
For complex D2L issues or course design assistance, we recommend you make an appointment with your campus representative. You can meet in person, use WebEx, or discuss by phone. VTAC is also available for phone or WebEx appointments.  
For quick questions, VTAC Chat is a great place to start. Chat sessions are usually limited to 15 minutes and might have to continue further with a phone or WebEx appointment.
