Accommodations at the Virtual Proctoring Center

Students requesting testing accommodation must coordinate with their Professor and the Office of Disability Services. Faculty are responsible for assigning approved accommodations to RegisterBlast based on the documentation provided by Disability Services.

The Virtual Proctoring Center will ensure that approved accommodations are implemented so that students are evaluated based on their abilities, not their disabilities. A designated proctor and dedicated Zoom session will be assigned for students receiving accommodation.

Common accommodations supported by the Virtual Proctoring Center include:

  • Extended testing time (e.g., time-and-a-half or double time)
  • Text-to-Speech (TTS)

For additional information regarding accommodation policies and procedures, please refer to Section VI.D.11 Students with Disability Rights Policy.
