At times the Brightspace Classlist roster does not reflect the roster in MyLoneStar. In order to correct the Brightspace Classlist:
- In the Support widget, choose User Access. Then click on Verify Brightspace Roster.
- In the window that opens, you will see a gray bar that represents each section you have in Brightspace. The number at the end of the bar is the number of roster discrepancies.
- For each student that needs to be enrolled or unenrolled, click the Enroll into D2L or Un-Enroll from D2L button next to the student’s name.
