Managing Published Capture Presentations and Playlists

Create playlists from published presentations

  1. In Capture Central, under Manage Content in the left hand column, click on Manage Presentations.
  2. From the drop-down list, choose a folder (it should be the General folder).
  3. Click on the Add to Playlist icon to create a new playlist.
  4. Click on the Add to Playlist icon to add videos to the playlist you just created, or to create a new playlist.

Reorder segments within a playlist

Reordered presentations in a folder are reflected in the appearance of published presentations on the Presentations page.

  1. In Capture Central, under Manage Content in the left hand column, click on Manage Presentations.
  2. Scroll to your playlist.
  3. Click and drag the   Reorder icon to move a presentation up or down through a playlist.
NOTE: You cannot drag a playlist segment out of a presentation, but you can click the playlist segment's Playlist Management icon to remove the playlist segment.

Duplicate a published presentation or playlist

In Capture Central, you can duplicate a presentation.

  1. In Capture Central, under Manage Content in the left hand column, click on Manage Presentations.
  2. Click the Duplicate button next to the presentation that you want to copy.

Delete a published presentation or playlist

  1. In Capture Central, under Manage Content in the left hand column, click on Manage Presentations.
  2. Click the Delete icon to delete the presentation that you want to delete.
