You must setup a group and a group category first. See Creating Groups.
You can create the dropbox in the Groups area when you set up the group. Creating a dropbox folder then creates a folder for each of the groups in the category. After that the settings are the same as individual dropboxes. See Creating Dropboxes and Categories for further instructions on dropbox settings.
To make a dropbox after the groups have been created:
- Go to Assessments > Dropbox.
- Click on New Folder.
- Select the Group submission folder option.
- Choose the Category (assignment category that you created previously in Groups).
